Rings and guiding strips

Rings and guide strips for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders; in PTFE, POM,PHENOLE RESIN, POLYESTER. Strips for lineal sliding in tool machinery.

 We have got a wide range of guides for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. These elements avoid the contact between metallic parts and the seals don´t suffer so heavy radial loads.
We supply strips in PTFE with different additives for diferent applications.
PTFE+40%Bronze
PTFE+60%Bronze
PTFE+Carbon
PTFE+Glass fiber.

Polyester strips with polyester fiber for loads up to 345N/mm2
These strips allow us to have enough material available at stock to cover a wide range of diameters and shapes.
Wear rings in:

• POM+Fiber glass for medium loads.
• Cotton with phenole resin for high loads (up to 320 N/mm2).
• Synthetic fabric with phenole resin for hig loads (Up to 350 N/mm2) and no water absorption.

We can also manufacture special items in phenole resin in very short delivery dates for special applications.
